NATURALLY SPLENDID ISSUES SHARES FOR SERVICES

Naturally Splendid Enterprises Ltd. proposes to issue 100,000 common shares of the company to Amin Janmohamed, a consultant of the company. The consultant is engaged to act as the company's qualified person in charge in connection with the company's application to become a licensed processor under the Cannabis Act (Canada).

Subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance, the company issued 100,000 common shares of the company at a deemed price of 19 cents.
