NATURALLY SPLENDID GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS

Naturally Splendid Enterprises Ltd. has granted 3.9 million stock options to officers, directors, employees, advisers and consultants of Naturally Splendid. The options were granted for a period of five years, expiring on Sept. 17, 2023. The stock options will immediately vest and each stock option will allow the holder to purchase a common share of Naturally Splendid at an exercise price of 15 cents.
