NANOSTRUCK ANNOUNCES DEBT SETTLEMENT

Nanostruck Technologies Inc. has completed a debt settlement in which a creditor agreed to accept shares in the company for past consulting services provided to the company totalling $15,625 by the issuance of 312,500 common shares of the company at a deemed price of five cents per share.
