NORTHERN LIGHTS CLOSES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Northern Lights Resources Corp. has closed the private placement originally announced on Feb. 23, 2018.

The closure of the private placement is subsequent to the company's news release of Oct. 2, 2018, when it was announced that Northern Lights had completed a financing of $1.1-million required under the conditional listing approval required for the company to begin trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange.

Northern Lights currently has 45,162,232 shares on issue.

Northern Lights continues to advance the Medicine Springs project located in Elko county, Nevada, with an exploration drilling program planned to commence during the 2019 field season.
