NEWNOTE FINANCIAL APPOINTS DIRECTOR

Newnote Financial Corp. has appointed Robert W. Anderson to the company's board of directors.

Mr. Anderson is the chief financial officer of Newnote Financial. His responsibilities include maintaining the financial reporting systems of the company, providing accurate financial information to senior management and directors, establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with bankers, insurance providers, directors and auditors, ensuring that all statutory and regulatory filings are made on a timely basis, and liaising with regulatory authorities as required with respect to financial matters. Mr. Anderson is the president of RWA Management Services Ltd., which provides accounting and management services to public and private companies.

In addition, Mitchell Demeter and Jackson Warren have resigned from the board of directors, however they will continue to maintain and operate the company's bitcoin exchange, Cointrader.net.
