MORNEAU SHEPELL DECLARES DECEMBER 2018 CASH DIVIDEND

Morneau Shepell Inc. will pay a cash dividend of 6.5 cents per share for the month of December, 2018, to be paid on Jan. 15, 2019, to Morneau Shepell shareholders of record on Dec. 28, 2018.

Morneau Shepell designates this dividend to be an eligible dividend pursuant to subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and similar provincial and territorial legislation.
