MOBI724 RETAINS HAYDEN TO PROVIDE INVESTOR RELATIONS

Mobi724 Global Solutions Inc. has retained Hayden IR LLC to provide investor relations and financial communication services. Hayden will assist Mobi724 with its overall investor relations strategy and broaden the awareness of the company within the investor and financial community.

Under the terms of the agreement with Hayden, Mobi724 will pay Hayden $5,000 (U.S.) per month for a 12-month period with a minimum period of three months (for an anticipated minimal cost of $15,000 (U.S.)). The coming into force of the agreement is subject to the conditional approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

First Canadian Capital Corp., which has been carrying out investor relations for Mobi724 since the second quarter of 2018, will continue to assist Mobi724. The appointment of Hayden will serve as a complement to First Canadian's efforts.
