MOBI724 GLOBAL SOLUTIONS RETAINS FIRST CANADIAN CAPITAL TO PROVIDE INVESTOR RELATIONS

Mobi724 Global Solutions Inc. has retained First Canadian Capital Corp. to provide investor relations and financial communication services. First Canadian will assist Mobi724 in raising awareness of the company within the investor and financial community.

Under the terms of the agreement with First Canadian, Mobi724 will pay First Canadian $6,000 per month for a minimum period of six months (for an anticipated total cost of $36,000). Mobi724 will also issue to First Canadian an option to purchase 750,000 common shares at an exercise price of 35 cents per share, effective for a period of 30 days after the expiration of the agreement. The option granted will vest in accordance with provisions of the company's stock option plan and the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.

The team is coming off record results in 2017, and have a Visa partnership that has already started commercialization in late 2017 and will see greater results going forward. ProConsul Capital Ltd., which has been carrying out investor relations for Mobi724 since Q4 2017, will continue to assist Mobi724. The appointment of First Canadian will serve as a complement to ProConsul Capital's efforts in raising awareness of the company's activities within the investor and financial community.
