Mobi724 Global Solutions Inc. has successfully completed its private placement offering of special warrants, previously announced by news releases dated April 4 and April 6, 2017, issuing an aggregate of 29,538,203 special warrants at a price of 35 cents per special warrant for aggregate gross proceeds of $10,338,371.05, which includes the exercise by GMP Securities LP, as sole lead agent, of its option for an additional 2,395,346 special warrants.
