MONUMENT MINING ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
Monument Mining Ltd. has released the results from its annual general meeting held on Dec. 14, 2018, in Vancouver, B.C., which had a turnout in person or by proxy of 32.56 per cent of the company's issued and outstanding shares. All of management's nominees for directors, being Robert F. Baldock, Cathy Zhai, Zaidi Harun, Graham Dickson and Michael John Kitney, were approved by shareholders. All resolutions were approved as proposed by more than 99 per cent of the shares voted.
Cathy Zhai, president and chief executive officer, commented: "I would personally like to thank our shareholders for their continuous support as we head into 2019. We will focus on our objectives to unlock value in our mineral project portfolio, expand our gold inventory and maintain discipline at our operations."
