Millennial Lithium Corp.'s interim financial statement filings for the three months ending May 31, 2017 (the first quarter 2017 interim statements) as filed on SEDAR on July 31, 2017, inadvertently contained information from its interim financial statements for the three and six months ending Aug. 31, 2017.

To correct this, the company has amended its July 31, 2017, interim financial statement filing for the first quarter 2017 interim statements to include the correct financial statement information for that quarter. Readers should refer to the amended filing on SEDAR dated today's date and not to the July 31, 2017, filing.
