MERCATOR MINERALS ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS

Effective Sept. 4, 2014, the following have resigned from Mercator Minerals Ltd.'s board of directors: John Bowles, D. Bruce McLeod, Stephen P. Quin, Robert J. Quinn, Daniel Tellechea and Ron Vankoughnett. Also resigning, effective Sept. 4, 2014, are the officers of the company: D. Bruce McLeod, Michael Broch, Mark Distler and Marc Leblanc.
