THE MINT CORPORATION ANNOUNCES RELEASE OF DECEMBER 31, 2014 FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND MD&A AND CORPORATE UPDATE

The Mint Corp. has filed its audited financial statements and its management's discussion and analysis for the year ended Dec. 31, 2014. These documents are available on SEDAR under Mint's profile.

The company also announces the resignation of Pierre G. Gagnon as chairman and director of the board of Mint, effective April 16, 2015.

The board would like to thank Mr. Gagnon for his service and leadership and for all his efforts during the company's major restructuring.
