MINTO APARTMENT REIT ANNOUNCES DECEMBER 2018 CASH DISTRIBUTION

Minto Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust will make a cash distribution of 3.416 cents per REIT unit for the month of December, 2018, representing 41 cents per REIT unit on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on Jan. 15, 2019, to unitholders of record as at Dec. 31, 2018.
