The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 543,571 common shares at a deemed price of 20 cents per share in order to settle an outstanding debt of $108,714. These shares are to be issued as payment of accrued interest relating to existing debt instruments.

The company has announced that settlement of debt pursuant to a news release dated Aug. 20, 2014, Sept. 16, 2014, Sept. 18, 2014, and Sept. 23, 2014.
