TEKMODO ANNOUNCES NAME CHANGE TO LINCOLN VENTURES LTD., TRADING ON THE NEX UNDER THE SYMBOL "LX.H"

Lincoln Ventures Ltd. (previously Tekmodo Industries Inc.) is now listed on the NEX board of the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol LX.H. The company would like to clarify that its transfer agent is TSX Trust Company, which will be sending a letter of transmittal to its shareholders in connection with the share consolidation, and that all fractional common shares resulting from the consolidation will be rounded to the nearest whole number of common shares as described in its information circular dated May 23, 2018.
