LYNDEN ENERGY CORP.: CORPORATE UPDATE

Richard Andrews has informed Lynden Energy Corp. of his resignation as a director, effective Dec. 31, 2014, for personal reasons. Mr. Andrews has agreed to continue to provide the company with business consulting services as a senior adviser subsequent to his resignation. As a result of his resignation, Mr. Andrews will also cease to be the chairman of the board of directors.
