LOYALIST APPOINTS SHAWN KLERER AS CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Loyalist Group Ltd. has appointed Shawn Klerer as chief operating officer of the company.

Mr. Klerer is a seasoned executive and leader with over 20 years of experience in operations, finance and management.

Mr. Klerer's experience includes:

• Chief executive officer and chief financial officer of Mash Media Solutions Inc.;
• Senior vice-president and chief financial officer of Purolator Courier Ltd.;
• Chief financial officer of American Express Canada Inc.

"Shawn's experience in finance and operations adds to the strength of our existing management team as we continue to grow the business and add talent," said Andrew Ryu, chief executive officer of Loyalist. "Shawn is a strategic senior executive with broad experience and success in global corporations and private equity-managed companies.
