The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the documentation relating to two arm's-length agreements dated April 12, 2018, in connection with the acquisition of 64 mineral claims located in the town of Eeyou Istchee, James Bay region, in the province of Quebec. The consideration payable by the company consists of the issuance of a total 300,000 common shares of the company.
