LED MEDICAL DIAGNOSTICS ANNOUNCES PARTICIPATION AT BLOOM BURTON & CO. HEALTHCARE INVESTOR CONFERENCE AND GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS

LED Medical Diagnostics Inc. will be participating at the sixth annual Bloom Burton & Co. Healthcare Investor Conference on May 1 and 2, 2017, at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel. Bloom Burton & Co. will be showcasing approximately 60 of the premier Canadian health care companies, including LED, to its network of investors from across Canada, the United States and Europe. Investors will have the opportunity to obtain a corporate update and meet LED management.

In light of LED's recent acquisition of and combination with Apteryx Inc., a highly accretive transaction, along with a significant equity financing with institutional investors, LED also announces that it has granted a total of 28.55 million stock options exercisable at a range of nine cents to 10 cents per share to directors, officers, consultants and employees, including employees of its recently acquired subsidiary, Apteryx Inc., and existing subsidiaries LED Dental Inc. and LED Dental Ltd., all in accordance with its stock option plan and in order to incentivize the team for future growth in respect of the new capitalization. The options are for a term of up to five years and generally vest over a three-year period. The total options granted represent less than 10 per cent of LED's shares outstanding.
