Cobalt 27 Capital Corp. has closed its financing pursuant to its short form prospectus dated June 21, 2018, which was filed with and accepted by the TSX Venture Exchange and filed with and receipted by the securities commissions of each of the provinces of Canada on June 21, 2018, pursuant to the provisions of the applicable securities acts.

The TSX-V has been advised that the offering closed on June 27, 2018, for gross proceeds of $300.3-million.
