The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing Inca One Gold Corp.'s proposal to issue 1.6 million bonus warrants to various arm's-length parties in consideration of subscriptions received pursuant to a non-convertible debenture financing. The bonus warrants are exercisable at 25 cents for 12 months from the date of issuance.

A finder's fee of $128,000 and 128,000 finder's warrants was paid to SC Strategy Consult AG (Bjorn C. Paffrath). The finder's warrants are exercisable at 25 cents for 18 months.
