Inca One completes first gold pour at Chala One

2013-11-14 08:39 ET - News Release

Mr. Edward Kelly reports

INCA ONE ANNOUNCES FIRST GOLD POUR FROM OPERATIONS AT CHALA ONE PLANT

Inca One Resources Corp. has completed the first sale of gold-rich carbon and subsequent gold pour from its operations at the company's 100-per-cent-owned Chala One plant located in the region of Arequipa, 620 kilometres south of Lima, three kilometres off the Pan American in the town of Chala, Peru.

A total of 62.36 ounces of gold has been recovered from the first 96.77 tons of throughput at an average head grade of 22.26 grams per tonne. An average recovery of 90.72 per cent (20.29 grams per tonne) of gold was realized. The mill facility currently has a capacity of 25 tonnes per day, and Inca One continues toll milling high-grade mill feed under contracts with artisanal miners.

"This first gold pour represents a tremendous milestone for our company and our Peruvian team, who have met all performance objectives. In the early part of 2013, Inca One made its first announcement that it was pivoting from a pure exploration company to a growing cash-flowing producing entity with its newly acquired gold milling facility at Chala One," said Edward Kelly, president and chief executive officer. "We intend to ramp up to full capacity shortly and further expand to 100 tpd by [the] end of 2014."

Pictures of the gold pour are available on-line.

Corizona update

The company continues operations at Corizona. Currently the company is working on six faces from three veins that are currently available for bulk sampling, and an additional six faces are in development. On Nov. 9 the company shipped its first load of 30 tons of material from Corizona to Chala One to be processed.
