IFR REPORTS 2019 FIRST QUARTER FINANCIAL RESULTS

International Frontier Resources Corp. has released its financial and operating results for the three months ended March 31, 2019. Selected financial and operational information is set out herein and should be read in conjunction with International Frontier's March 31, 2019, interim financial statements and the related management's discussion and analysis. The financial statements and MD&A are available for review at SEDAR and on the corporation's website.

Subsequent to quarter-end on March 31, 2019, International Frontier announced that, further to its news release dated April 3, 2019, International Frontier closed the second tranche of its previously announced non-brokered private placement of common shares on May 27, 2019, subject to final acceptance from the TSX Venture Exchange. International Frontier issued 10,174,500 common shares at a price of 9.5 cents per share, for gross proceeds of $1,017,878. The net proceeds from the private placement will be used to finance the Company's continuing capital program, for further advances on International Frontier's Tecolutla project and for general working capital purposes. The common shares issued pursuant to the offering are subject to a hold period that expires on Sept. 25, 2019. Finders' fees of $63,052 were paid to arm's-length parties acting in connection with this tranche of the offering.

The company also announced that Colin Mills has resigned from the company's board of directors, effective May 24, 2019.
