INTERNATIONAL CORONA CAPITAL ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF NEW DIRECTOR

International Corona Capital Corp. has appointed Marc Johnson to its board of directors, effective Nov. 13, 2018.

Mr. Johnson is a senior executive with over 20 years of experience in finance and capital markets. He is currently the chief financial officer of NextSource Materials Inc. and chief financial officer of KnowRoaming Ltd., a private telecommunications company. His previous roles include an investment banker at Toll Cross Securities, a mining equity research analyst at M Partners and a cost control manager at Bell Canada as well as Telegloble. Mr. Johnson is a chartered professional accountant (CPA) and a chartered financial analyst (CFA). He holds a bachelor of commerce degree (finance and accountancy) from the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University in Montreal.
