The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Delek Group Ltd. has made an offer dated March 14, 2017, to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Ithaca Energy Inc. for $1.95 per share. According to the TSX, the offer will expire at 5 p.m. Toronto time on April 20, 2017.

To tender their shares under the offer, Ithaca shareholders should return the letter of transmittal, together with their Ithaca share certificates, to Computershare Trust Company of Canada at its principal office in Toronto. The TSX notes that trades on April 20, 2017, will settle on April 24, 2017.
