HFX HOLDING CORP. ANNOUNCES AMENDMENT TO OPTION AGREEMENT

HFX Holding Corp. has entered into an agreement with Omineca Mining and Metals Ltd. to amend the option agreement dated for reference Feb. 15, 2013, between the company and Omineca, granting the company an option to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the Kiwi property.

Pursuant to the amending agreement and subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, the company and Omineca have agreed to the issuance of an aggregate 100,000 common shares of the company to Omineca in lieu of the second anniversary cash payment of $40,000. The shares issuable pursuant to the amending agreement will be subject to a four-month hold period. All other terms of the option agreement remain unchanged.
