The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the notice of distribution of HPQ-Silicon Resources Inc. in connection with the plan of arrangement as described in the company's management proxy circular dated July 11, 2018, available on SEDAR.

On the payable date, the company will distribute 10.68 million common shares in the capital of Beauce Gold Fields Inc. (BGFI) to the company's shareholders as of the record date on a pro rata basis.

Dividend per share of the company:  0.0480466 BGFI share*

Payable date:  Dec. 31, 2018

Record date:  Dec. 24, 2018

Ex dividend date:  Dec. 21, 2018

* The dividend per share ratio is subject to adjustment based on the number of shares of the company to be issued until the record date.
