HIGHBANK COMPLETES LOAN/BONUS SHARES AGREEMENTS

Further to the company's news release of Feb. 21, 2018, and the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated Feb. 28, 2018, Highbank Resources Ltd. has completed the loan/bonus share transaction.

The $370,000 in loan agreements have been accepted for filing and the company has issued 1.48 million bonus common shares at a deemed price of five cents per share to five non-related parties. The shares are restricted from trading until June 29, 2018.
