HARFANG ANNOUNCES THE GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS TO DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND CONSULTANTS

Harfang Exploration Inc., on July 18, 2018, granted 295,000 stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants.

The corporation granted 260,000 options to directors, officers and two employees (Francois Goulet (president, chief executive officer and director), Andre Gaumond (chairman of the board and director), Jean-Pierre Janson (director), Frank Mariage (director), Robin Villeneuve (director), Sylvie Prud'homme (director), Francois Huot (chief geologist), Robert Oswald, (geologist), Yvon Robert (chief financial officer) and Marc Pothier (corporate secretary)), and 35,000 options have been granted to consultants. These options are governed by the stock option plan of the corporation, as currently in force.

All options vest on their date of grant (except for the options granted to Mr. Robert, which will vest in three equal tranches), and each option entitles the holder thereof to purchase one common share of the corporation at a price of 25 cents per common share for a period of 10 years from July 18, 2018.
