GXM BOARD CHANGES

Geodex Minerals Ltd. has appointed Gorden Glenn as the non-executive chairman of the board upon the retirement of Jack Maris. The company would like to thank Mr. Maris for his many years of service to the company as a director, chief executive officer and latterly as chairman.

Mr. Glenn has been a director of Geodex for several years. He is also the chairman, president and CEO of Minnova Corp. He has over 25 years experience in exploration, mine development and capital markets. He has significant technical/field experience with Minnova Inc., Inmet Mining and Kennecott Canada, where he developed and managed substantial exploration programs. His capital market experience includes analysis and valuation of mining projects and companies as a mining analyst at Griffiths McBurney and Partners, RBC Capital Markets, Northern Securities and McFarlane Gorden. He eventually transitioned to investment banking with TD Securities and Desjardins Securities, where he advised on over $30-billion in mergers and acquisitions, and financing mandates.
