The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for expedited filing an option agreement dated June 25, 2014, between Geodex Minerals Ltd. and Elk Exploration Ltd., whereby the company has an option to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the West Gore antimony property located near Halifax, N.S. Total compensation consists of $80,000 in the first three years ($40,000 in the first year) and $5,000 in all subsequent years on the agreement date anniversaries thereafter until commencement of commercial production, and the issuance of 200,000 shares to the optionor. The property is subject to a 3-per-cent net smelter return in favour of the optionor.
