The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the documentation relating to Colt Resources Inc.'s disposition of an interest of approximately 10 per cent in Colt Resources Middle East (Cayman) in consideration of $1-million in cash, representing 4,444,444 ordinary shares of Colt Resources Middle East at a price of 22.5 cents per ordinary share, to Richard Quesnel.
