Great Panther Silver Ltd. will list an additional 18,687,500 units at the open on July 12, 2016, according to the Toronto Stock Exchange. As stated in the company's July 6, 2016, prospectus supplement, Great Panther plans to sell the units at $1.60 (U.S.) per unit, with each unit consisting of one share and one-half warrant, each warrant being exercisable at $2.25 (U.S.) per share for 18 months. The TSX reports that the warrants will not be listed on the TSX.
