GIGA METALS MOURNS LOSS OF CFO

Giga Metals Corp.'s chief financial officer Brian Fiddler has died after a protracted struggle with cancer.

Mr. Fiddler commanded enormous respect as a professional and he was also a lot of fun to work with.

"Brian took the concept of full, plain and true disclosure very seriously," said Mark Jarvis, chief executive officer of Giga Metals. "He always strove for the highest professional standards."

Mr. Fiddler will be missed. The thoughts and prayers of the company go to Mr. Fiddler's family.
