The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pursuant to a mineral property option agreement dated April 3, 2017, and announced via news release on April 13, 2017, between the company and an arm's-length seller. As per the terms of the agreement, the company will acquire five mineral tenures comprising approximately 1,753 hectares located in the Clinton and Caribou mining divisions, known as the Caribou copper-gold claims.

The vendor agrees to sell, transfer and assign to the company a 100-per-cent interest in the property, subject to a 2-per-cent net smelter royalty retained in favour of the vendor. In consideration for the property, the company will make a cash payment of $10,000 within 45 days of closing and issue 700,000 common shares which will be paid over two years from closing. In addition, the company will have a work commitment of $150,000 over the same two-year period.
