GEMOSCAN CANADA, INC. ANNOUNCES GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS

Subject to regulatory approval, Gemoscan Canada Inc.'s board of directors has approved, effective Sept. 11, 2013, the grant of 100,000 stock options to a director of the corporation. The options are exercisable into Class A shares of Gemoscan at an exercise price of 10.5 cents per share. The options all vest immediately and have a five-year term to expiry.
