GREAT CANADIAN GAMING ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Kiran Rao has resigned as Great Canadian Gaming Corp.'s chief financial officer. His resignation, which is for personal reasons, is effective in 90 days. The company will be seeking a suitable candidate to replace Mr. Rao.

"On behalf of Great Canadian, I'd like to thank Kiran for all his efforts," said Rod N. Baker, the company's president and chief executive officer. "Kiran has been with us for 10 years and has played an important role in Great Canadian's development and growth during that period. We wish him well in his future endeavours."
