GREAT CANADIAN GAMING RECEIVES GOVERNMENTAL APPROVALS FOR ACQUISITION OF CASINO NEW BRUNSWICK

Great Canadian Gaming Corp. has received the necessary governmental approvals for its acquisition of the assets and undertaking of Casino New Brunswick from Sonco Gaming New Brunswick LP, as first described in the company's press release on May 12, 2015. With this final prerequisite now completed, the acquisition is expected to close in early October, 2015.
