APPOINTMENT OF KAREN KEILTY TO GREAT CANADIAN'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Great Canadian Gaming Corp. has appointed Karen Keilty to the company's board of directors.

Karen Keilty, CPA, FCA, possesses 30 years of accounting and audit experience, and prior to her recent retirement served as the leader and director of operations for the British Columbia audit practice of Deloitte LLP. In this role, she acted as the auditor and trusted adviser for many of the province's leading private and public companies, including Great Canadian. Ms. Keilty also served as a member of British Columbia's Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants for five years and acted as the institute's president during the 2009 to 2010 fiscal year.
