Roulston, Humphreys say why to buy Falco

2014-12-03 17:59 ET - In the News

Lawrence Roulston and Tommy Humphreys, in the Nov. 25, 2014, edition of Resource Opportunities, say why to buy Falco Resources Ltd., recently 42.5 cents. Before Mr. Humphreys joined him, Mr. Roulston said buy Falco on Feb. 24, 2014, at 83 cents. Assuming an investment of $1,000 at 83 cents, the position is now worth $511. The company owns the Horne gold project in the Rouyn-Noranda mining district of Quebec. The writers say Falco is reviewing results from 80 years of exploration work at Horne, including 6,400 drill holes. Recent work identified 16 areas where historic drilling yielded high-grade gold occurrences, not one of which was followed up by Noranda Inc., the previous owner of the property. Falco has also identified 11 other gold zones. The writers say the new gold zones have the potential to add ounces and to substantially boost the average grade of Horne's resource estimate. They also say the property attracted the attention of Sean Roosen, a co-founder of Osisko Mining Corp., and now the chairman and a large shareholder of Falco. The company recently sold a $10-million private placement and is planning a drilling program to follow up on the newly identified gold zones. The writers conclude that Falco is a very appealing investment.
