FIRST LEGACY MINING CORP. REPORTS 2018 ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING RESULTS

All matters submitted to the shareholders for approval as set out in First Legacy Mining Corp.'s notice of meeting and information circular were approved by the requisite majority of votes cast at the annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on Dec. 14, 2018.

Shareholders at the meeting reapproved the company's stock option plan; shareholders also approved the appointment of Morgan & Company LLP as the auditor of the company for the ensuing year at the remuneration to be fixed by the directors. Furthermore, the following directors were elected by the shareholders: Max Sali, Craig Taylor, Richard Grayston, Peter Dickie and Kris Raffle.
