DIRECTOR ACQUIRES SHARES OF FJORDLAND EXPLORATION INC.

Richard C. Atkinson has filed an early warning report that advises that since the filing of his last report on Nov. 5, 2014, he has obtained ownership or control of an additional 1.8 million common shares of Fjordland Exploration Inc. for total consideration of $54,000. These shares were acquired through participation in a non-brokered private placement by Les Entreprises de Richard Atkinson Ltee. Mr. Atkinson now owns or controls 17,360,923 common shares, representing 18.7 per cent of Fjordland's issued and outstanding common shares as at Jan. 6, 2015. In addition, Les Entreprises de Richard Atkinson Ltee. has been granted warrants entitling the purchase of 1.8 million common shares. The shares were acquired for investment purposes only. This investment may be increased or decreased as circumstances warrant.
