DIRECTOR ACQUIRES SHARES OF FJORDLAND EXPLORATION INC.

Fjordland Exploration Inc. shareholder Richard C. Atkinson has filed an early warning report that advises that since the filing of his last report on Jan. 16, 2014, he has obtained ownership or control of an additional 2.73 million common shares of Fjordland Exploration for an aggregate consideration of $108,600.

These shares were acquired through purchases on the TSX Venture Exchange (430,000 shares), through participation in a non-brokered private placement (two million shares) and as a bonus for providing debt capital to Fjordland (300,000 shares).

Mr. Atkinson now owns or controls 15,560,923 common shares which represents 17.77 per cent of Fjordland's issued and outstanding common shares as at Oct. 28, 2014.

In addition Mr. Atkinson has been granted management incentive options to purchase three million common shares plus warrants entitling the purchase of two million common shares which, if exercised on a non-dilutive basis and added to his current share holdings, would represent 22.22 per cent of Fjordland's then issued common shares.

Mr. Atkinson acquired the shares for investment purposes only. This investment may be increased or decreased as circumstances warrant.
