ECLIPSE RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE INVESTMENT CORPORATION ANNOUNCES DIVIDEND

Eclipse Residential Mortgage Investment Corp. will pay a monthly dividend in the amount of 6.25 cents per common share, payable on May 14, 2019, to common shareholders of record at the close of business on April 30, 2019.

As previously announced, on May 8, 2019, Eclipse will hold a special meeting of shareholders to consider and vote on a special resolution approving the sale of all or substantially all of the assets of Eclipse, the voluntary delisting of the common shares from the Toronto Stock Exchange and the distribution of the remaining net assets and voluntary dissolution of Eclipse. Should shareholders vote in favour of the proposed transaction, the proposed transaction is expected to be implemented in or about mid-May, 2019. As a result of the pending shareholder vote, the distribution reinvestment plan will be temporarily suspended in respect of the April 30, 2019, record date.
