ENBRIDGE INC. DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDENDS

The board of directors for Enbridge Inc. has declared a quarterly dividend of 53 cents per common share, payable on June 1, 2016, to shareholders of record on May 16, 2016. The amount of the dividend is consistent with the March 1, 2016, dividend.

The board also declared the following quarterly dividends for Enbridge preferred shares. All dividends are payable on June 1, 2016, to shareholders of record on May 16, 2016:

Preferred shares, Series A:  34.375 cents

Preferred shares, Series B:  25 cents

Preferred shares, Series D:  25 cents

Preferred shares, Series F:  25 cents

Preferred shares, Series H:  25 cents

Preferred shares, Series J:  25 U.S. cents

Preferred shares, Series L:  25 U.S. cents

Preferred shares, Series N:  25 cents

Preferred shares, Series P:  25 cents

Preferred shares, Series R:  25 cents

Preferred shares, Series 1:  25 U.S. cents

Preferred shares, Series 3:  25 cents

Preferred shares, Series 5:  27.5 U.S. cents
