The International Speculator, in its April 25, 2019, issue, says buy EMX Royalty Corp., the former Eurasian Minerals, at $1.47, officially, "Buy up to $1.85." The newsletter said buy six times between May 28, 2004, and Sept. 21, 2018, at prices ranging from 68 cents to $1.47. Assuming an investment of $1,000 for each of the six buys, the $6,000 position is worth $7,660. The buy comes without commentary.
