EGUANA EXERCISES RIGHT TO ACQUIRE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP UNITS

Eguana Technologies Inc. has exercised its previously announced right to acquire all 715 Class E limited partnership units in EGT Markets LP issued on Dec. 31, 2018, in exchange for 3,575,000 common shares in the capital of Eguana. Please see Eguana's news release dated Jan. 2, 2019, regarding the issuance of the units. The common shares issued in exchange for the units are subject to resale restrictions which expire on May 1, 2019.
