Montreal, Canada, Tuesday November 9, 2010, Excel Gold Mining Inc, TSX Venture (EGM.V) Announced today that the shareholders have approved all of the Management proposals and Mr. Frank Basa has been appointed President at annual meeting. Therefore it has been resolved of the following:

• The appointed and elected officers are Mr. Martin Harvey, Mr. Frank Basa and Mr. Jacques F. Monette.
• At the meeting the following vacant position were filled by the following: Mr. Frank Basa, President; Mr. Martin Harvey, Vice president and chief financial officer; and Mr. Jacques Monette, President of the audit committee.
• The Company Stock Option Plan was approved by the Shareholders.
• The CPA Firm, Guimond Lavallee Inc., was approved by the Shareholders as auditors of the Company.
