The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to an option agreement dated Nov. 4, 2013, as amended to include John Leliever on March 31, 2016, between Signature Resources Ltd. and Mantis Minerals Corp. (now European Metals Corp.) pursuant to which Signature acquired the option to earn a 100-per-cent interest in the East Lingman Lake property in Ontario.

Under the terms of the agreement, consideration is 14,231,178 shares in the company.

A 3-per-cent net smelter return is payable to Mr. Leliever. Signature has the option to purchase one-half of the NSR for payment of $1.5-million at any point in time.
